I want to share the pleasure that I get when I give the friendship stone to friends and family.I believe that one of the foundations of friendships is giving. And that this power of giving is what makes friendship so meaningful. Truly giving is a reciprocal act. That as you give, you get equal amounts of love and care in return.
The friendship stone, with it's many beautiful colors and, each with it's unique character, allows me to give to my friends with the same kind of recognition of uniqueness and character through this fabulous gift. I love to watch the faces of my friends or family when they open up the box that encloses the beautiful friendship stone – I love their expression when they see the stone for the very first time, take it gently out of the box, rubbing it between their fingers, enjoy the stone's texture, lines, color, it's depth penetrates as it sits in your hand. .
Just like a good friend. Ironically, friendship is an intangible in my life. You can not measure it. You can never find a replacement for a dear friend that makes you feel a certain way. The stone, being a tangible object, somehow, taps into that intangible nature of friendship with it's permanence, with it's eternity.
The stone for me conveys ancient history…the way you hope to sustain every special friendship…with a long history, permanence in your life, and for eternity!
